All internal surfaces of the cabin (aside from food preparation areas) are sprayed with residual disinsection at predetermined intervals in accordance with World Health Organisation guidelines on pesticides and application
methods. This option helps airlines eliminate the use of the standard ‘Top of Descent’ aerosol sprays while passengers are on board.

Delphina is also the first in Malaysia to use Malaysian-made Aircraft Approved Pesticide which was developed in collaboration with Hextar Research and Development unit. This pesticide conforms to the AMS1405A, licensed and approved for application use by Malaysian and Singaporean pesticide boards
